So what do you guys carry in your vest and/or have in the truck?

This question pertains to both dogs and humans.

I carry a decent first aid bag. Mine has bandaids, gauze rolls and pads, ace type wraps, SAM splint, cold and warm packs, sterlie water for cleaning wounds, non-latex gloves, stethescope, BP cuff, antibiotic ointment, pen light, tape and shears.

I carry a North First Aid Kit actually two of them. They have just about everything needed in an emergency situation. tourniquet, burn ointment, rescue breather, bandages of all sizes, emergency blanket, flashlight, matches, flint, stitch kit, snake bite kit, bee sting kit etc, etc, etc.

My father was the president of North safety products for 28 years. It helped me learn what I need in the field.

I keep an emergency beeper on me now that is controlled by satellite. Especially since my treestand accident.

I carry the same as Jason White does. My First Responder bag goes with me anywhere I go. You never know when you will need it and it is nice to have around just in case

The one thing that I have usesd the most in my bag is EYE WASH. More time then not seeds will get in to my dog’s eyes. One of the first things I do after hunting is check his eyes.
