I just tried something different for dinner
I cut fresh pheasant breast into strips, browned then in a skillet w/ olive oil, added one diced onion, 1 diced green pepper. Then added taco bell fajita mix. Served on soft taco shells with a bit of salsa and sour cream. It was great and my kids loved it as well, just had to share

We just had 12 of them over Christmas like that!
Thank God my sister-in-law put the smack down on them in So. Dak. for us! It was one of those awesome wild game dinners you could never buy! The 2 girls who “don’t like” wild game even like it!

Great way to use duck breast too – in a real pinch use both for a nice mix of flavors – the duck and the pheas… Chuckles
