I managed to get out one last time yesterday, the last HOOORAAA of the year. We ended up getting the two roosters we saw and were working on number 3 when I broke thru the ice and literally went for a swim Not the way I wanted to end the year but certainly one I won’t forget Its amazing how much water a game pouch will hold Anyway I had a great year, the best I have had in Minnesota for pheasants. I also met some great people, site members and farmers, the site members that invited me along on hunts will get out to some of my haunts next season There are alot of coyotes in the areas I hunt so I am going to see if I can thin them down alittle in the next month or so, and me neighbor and I are talking about doing some ice fishing next weekend. My boat is in the shop getting fixed but as soon as I get it back I will be rigging and tinkering for the open water season. And as far as the rooster run it can’t get here soon enough. I hope everyone has a safe and happy New Year.

I had to give the boys some special attention when I got back to the truck, I thought I lost them
