I’m leaving after work to chase some roosters around where I grew up. This afternoon can’t come fast enough. Anybody been hunting North Central Iowa? I hear a lot of corn was taken out this week, so it should be OK if the bird numbers are good.
i’ve heard some areas are better than others. i walked most of yesterday afternoon for 1 rooster but there was still alot of crops in around the area. talking to the farmers in area they haven’t been seeing much either

We got 46 between Sat, Sun, Mon. We hunt with a big group for opener not close to any limits but a fun filled weekend.
