I wanted to try the Top Dog products but was unable to locate any.I did try a similar product I got at Cabelas and as stated before it definately made a difference on the 2nd and third days of a hunt.

I had the same issue of trying to find it. I talked to Waller and he suggested I do a search for Chuck & Dons Pet Supply. I found one near my house and they had it! I bought a ton of Powerstix and the big Jug of K-9 Restart. That lasted me the season.
I know this will not help everyone, but Click on the link below to be taken to a search I did on Chuck & Dons!

March 8, 2007 at 6:36 pm #29733OK, Here is what I found out. I just got off the phone with a old family friend that is a CO.
In Minnesota it is not illegal to lean a gun against the truck, her words:
Leaning a gun against a vehicle is not recommended OR safe, whether the gun is loaded or unloaded but not Illegal in Minnesota. It IS how ever illegal in Wisconsin to lean a gun whether unloaded or loaded against a vehicle.

March 8, 2007 at 8:06 pm #29737I agree with her 100% that leaning any firearm loaded or unloaded against the truck in normal thought is not a safe thing to do. However, I feel that with the help of the Gun Racker, it gives me the safest and easiest option of storing my firearm “short term”. The next safest would to be to Case it and put it back in the truck.

March 9, 2007 at 2:56 am #29739After I bought gander out of stock, I was using what I had and a buddy of mine looked at the back to see what was in them. He says “do you no these are expired” . They had been expired close to a year. I looked at the web site for top dog and it directed me to chuck and dons. The closest for me was elk river, drove up there to find a limited supply and at twice the price.
Not trying to disparage the product as I truly think it works awsome and I am going to use it every year from now on. I just want to give you the feed back so you can get things cleared up. I know it takes time and again its an excelent product. keep us informed as to where we will be able to get it for next season.
