    Hey guys! I got Daisy retrieving the frozen pheasant today! Thanks for the idea Slider! That “dummy” isn’t gonna last a long time. Its already lost its head and feet. But she’s picking it up and bringing it to me and I am thrilled!

    Joel, I am glad that the old trick worked.
    I have some wings and tails in the freezer. You can have them if needed, tie them on a dummy and keep working Daisy. We’ll get her to retrieve bird yet, that way Rufus and Star don’t have to go and get all those birds next time

    Sounds good! Thanks! However, I seriously doubt Daisy will do much retrieving with Rufus and Star around. She is a little less aggressive than them boys!

    I might just have to hit a game farm with her again before Spring for some live action re-inforcement.
