    Just a PSA to all grousers… please do not shoot your local neighborwood bow hunters. Last year I was rained with BB’s on Bow opener by 2 guys quickly chasing a grouse through the woods.

    Musta been the scent-lok.

    If you see me coming hit your grunt call or rattle your horns so I know your there. On second thought maybe you should make a human sound in case you get approached by a jittery green horn.

    I have been on both sides of this, once shot a grouse and looked to my left a there was a bowhunter. Sure was glad that bird went right! Also been rained on while bowhunting that stinks. I love to hunt grouse but need to be carefull with all of the leaves.

    Good Point Jicky Jack! I’ve been there, sometimes can get a little scary. I try to avoid hunting public spots until late October, for fear of this. Everyone needs to exercise extreme caution in the woods and be courteous of others! Good Luck and Safe Hunting!
