“The Corps is still working diligently on a plan for restoration in North and Sturgeon Lakes and Pool 3 that may include islands, bank stabilization, summer drawdown, and other measures. Progress on the plan has been slowed by concerns over balancing beneficial environmental effects and adverse socioeconomic effects, and related state and federal regulations. The Corps plans to have more information on the status of the plan this summer”.
