    I went through the numbers all the way down to Dubuque this morning.
    At this time and we have the rest of the month to go yet, it appears

    Mr. Dennis Williams is in the lead with a guess of 14.5′ in Red Wing.
    A full foot below crest.

    We’ll see how this stands up for the rest of the month.
