    Good stuff, glad to see those guys back on the ice together. Interesting to see how they are able to drill and drop right on top of the bigger fish they see on Livescope or whatever. And the info on how long it takes to grow to 14-15″, and in MN it’s likely not too different, so keeping like 9-12″ crappies would be a good target area. Bonus Canadian points for the skates too lol

    The information I found was the lifespan of the oldest recorded crappie was 15 years and average life span of 7 years. Also the growth rate is way different. I guess in MN we grow them faster than Canada. Who would have thought.

    With it being early ice I wonder why they dont just drill 2 holes side by side and put that monstrosity of a transducer in 1 and fish out of the other.

    They are sortof The Hunting Public of the fishing world. I like them both.
    When I first watched the video I thought they said Minnewaska, but it was Minnewashta or some lake in MB.
