    Had to head down to the cities yesterday. Took my 5 year old Marcum LX-5 with to see if I could drop it off to get fixed and pick up later. The display would jitter around and not hold bottom for the last two seasons of ice fishing. Didn’t think I could stand another season of watching that. They replaced the motor and fixed or changed a few other things. Went way beyond what they needed to do. Probably the best customer service I have had in my brief 66 years of life. Thank you Marcum.

    I ruined my LX-7 charging wire harness so I called Marcum and instead of having me pay for a new charger/harness package listed on their website for $19.95, they shipped me just the needed harness free of charge and it showed up the next day. Great products along with outstanding customer service – You can’t beat that!
