Hope they are taking notes from this series on how real hitters approach at bats. This has been a clinic by the Red Sox batters all series.

Rocco is just too laid back…they need a manager who can crack some skulls…i’m soo tired of the no emotion at bats, Kepler is the poster child for this… “ho hum, I just hit a 2 foot dribbler into a double play…no worries cuz i’m be back in the lineup tomorrow”

Yoshida hit that one 1/2 way to Red Wing.

Varland sent back to St Paul for Maeda’s return. He was decent in his rehab. We’ll see if he can get it figured out. Not that it’s going to help a team that can’t score any runs.

Someone must’ve told Byron that right field exists…..Going the other way was always the way to break out of a slump. Wonder who reminded him of that because I bet it wasn’t anyone in the dugout….

That boys & girls was a Kepler RBI single.

What is Dick smoking tonight??? That ball clearly hit the top of the wall only and Dick is adamant about it hitting something behind the wall when every angle clearly shows it didn’t.

Dick has some eye problems….he clearly sees Rocco doing a fine job with the squad also.

Was hoping Gallo would’ve gotten tossed for arguing that correct strike call by the ump. Twins would’ve been better off for it.

Have I mentioned I hate the contact play?

I think Gallo was pissed at the pitch Lewis got picked off on or maybe it was a different pitch. I don’t think the strike three call was what set him off.

The question becomes will Gray get through 5?

Yes, that was Kepler with another RBI.

I get a kick out of Rocco when he tries to argue and get thrown out. It looks so forced and foreign to him.

So confusing to me…..Julian is having a good night and gets another crack at Whitlock yet they pinch hit Farmer for him. I understand wanting to put farmer in for defense but why not let Julian hit and keep his confidence up? This had to be a Falvey order, I don’t think Tingler did it on his own.

I was thinking the same thing. I’m a big Farmer guy, but why take out a guy that is having a great night. Just so dumb.

Saw China Doll hit so now I can safely check out tonight. No interest in watching the softball rules again if it gets that far.

How the heck is Taylor out??? That is incredible that they could miss that on video review. That is ridiculous.

So Buxton can hit, run, slide and and pick another player up in the game winning celebration but can’t play in the field?

I miss Gardy – he could toss a great fit and light up an ump.

I heard one of the writers say they said the pitcher touched Taylor before Taylor touched the bag. Only problem is this is baseball, not tag, and you have to tag the runner with the ball not a part of your body.

One of the worst missed calls I think I’ve ever seen, especially because it was reviewed and they still screwed it up!

Taking the 4 year old today for a tee ball outing, also his first game…not sure if im excited to sit in 90 deg sun or not but its been probably 6 years since i have gone so it will be nice to get back. Probably will watch his reactions and answer 3 million questions more than pay attention to the game hahaha

My daughter just had her first game last night. She’s five. It was steamy but she roped a line drive so it made up for it.

Going today with former coworkers, going to be a hot one. Sitting behind home on 3rd deck out of the sun so that helps.

I like Dick. Ya funny HaHa. If I have to hear one more time about how amazing and special it is to hit the ball the other way im gonna puke. And what a great at bat by Buxton he was down 0-2 fouled off a few pitches and now its 3-2 oh wait he still struck out. Whats so damn great.

Well it is pretty amazing and special when this team hits the ball the other way. They’ve only done it 3 times this season.

Someone better tell EPG to get his parade route chair out. Dallas Keuchel is coming to town! What a classic Twins move.
