If Gallo can hit around .230 and hit 35 bombs and drive in 80-100 it’s a huge win for the Twins. 4-0 Joe Ryan against Nestor the Molester tonight.

The Twins can actually beat the Yankees and that is glorious.

He should have had 2 errors in the 5th, tagged with only one.

Single handily let the Yanks tie it up when he missed the double play relay throw that was right in his glove..

Well he’s one of our better hitters and has been most of the offense tonight so not too worried about it.

Lay off of Joe….He’s a little woozy from the Wild game tonight……. jester

Great win tonight. Lopez out of the bullpen looks like he’s back to his All Star form from last year too. That’s been a huge boost to the pen.

Starting pitching has been lights out. Back to back 7 inning outings against the NYY. That was absolutely unheard of all of last year. 14-10 record, first place, and Correa and Buxton haven’t really hit their stride yet!!

Never thought I would see it again! This pitching staff is really pretty good. Ryan is a stud!

22 years we have waited for a series win against the Yanks! Hopefully we can stay healthy and get our offense going as are pitching can compete in the big leagues this year.

Gonna be huge if Polanco and Kiriloff stay healthy, I think at this point that’s a difference between being a .500 team and a legit contender. Obviously assuming our rotation doesn’t get the injury bug. A reliever to take Moran and/or Pagan’s place would be nice too. Would like to see us extend Gray, just like the mentality he brings. He’ll be 34 after the season though so wonder how they’ll approach that one.

The dominance over the Yankees didn’t last long. 11-3 in the 4th. Upside is Miranda has 2 homeruns.

I think we may see Maeda go to the IL and Ober come up for awhile.

I think he might be having arm fatigue again. He went from throwing 93-94 in the first 3 innings to 87-89 in the fourth. Not good.

If he ever learns to hit anything but a fastball he will be.

That’s good. Hopefully he is starting to adapt because no one is throwing him fastballs anymore and he was struggling for a few weeks.

    Taylor bunt safety RBI double.

Gallo is perfecting the dip & drive.

    These Royals are horrendous.
