Turkey Calls

    With turkey season around the corner. What calls are your favorite to use ?

    Mine are a slate and a mouth call.

    I use a raspy hen diaphragm.I also use both the K&H Ol’Yeller Sla-tek and Primos Power Crystal slates.

    Ol’yeller and Little Deuce II are also my favorite slates… raspy hen diaphram gives the best overall sound. I have 1 box call and never pull it out anymore. Had a push pin call and got tired of it making noise everytime you would move…. it finally bit the dust one day. Went sailing just like a baseball.

    I love my Titan 2000, titanium slate call, that thing just echos and every bird loves it… Got it two years ago and its helped kill 4 birds…I also love the Mystic Stik striker, this striker works in anything rain, snow, even works if you have oil on ur slate..For box call my favorite is the Cherry Bomb, nice raspy tone and nice loud volume….Got WI 2nd season CAN’T WAIT
