Did not have a lot of time this season to hunt. I did get out after the snow storm on Thursday evening called in a few but did not work out. I was happy to see something since I found 7 dead birds the Saturday before scouting. Next time I was able to get out was Saturday morning and got lucky to put down a 20LB 8.5 inch beard 3/4 spurs. Took me 3 hours to finally get the group of birds to break and come check me out. All I could do was sit there and watch for a few hours. Next up SD leave Sunday morning.

Bam! Way to stay with them Kurt! Hard to have the patience to do just that, especially when they’re not having anything of what you’re throwing down.

    Snow. Ick!

    Congrats on the good bird.
