I saw that Kooty posted this already, but here’s a condensed version of the highlights!
- It is not necessary to enter into the lottery for time periods D through H. The D through H time periods will be available to anyone. The D through H time period licenses will be sold as a surplus license at ELS agent locations in mid March.
- All youth age 17 and younger by April 16, 2014 can purchase a youth turkey license over the counter to hunt all time periods A-H
- Beginning March 1, 2014, youth no longer need to select a time period or permit area. Any youth 17 and younger by April 16, 2014 need not apply for the lottery and will be rejected from the lottery.
- Archery only licenses for 2014 are valid for the last five time periods, May 1-29. Winners in the lottery are not eligible to purchase archery only permits.
