pic post problems

    trying to download pics that are jpeg and when I go to update they say they need to be jpeg format what’s wrong never had this problem before.

    Most likely size of the file. Do you have a program to shrink the photos?

    dumb ? is jpg and jpeg the same? I assume they are. and yes I can resize.
