    Gobble that is

    Sunday about 630 AM we got out of the truck to start ice fishing and he sounded off from the trees on shore.Won’t be long now.

    I hear them dumb birds gobble all year. Especially during deer season. Kind of weird hearing gobble gobble then.

    They’ve been strutting each morning in my backyard for two weeks now. I’m hoping they stick around until my season starts this spring!!

    Just down the road is a wintering group of about 80 birds… One lone strutter smack in the middle. Cool to see!

    Heard another while fishing on Pool 4 Fri am

    Rumor is they have been going really strong where I hunt
