Turkey Hunting ?

What is the regulation in Minnesota on someone without a valid license either calling for or filming someone who does have a valid license? I have a friend who missed the deadline to apply for a license. I’d like to get him out there either helping to call or film me while I’m hunting. Also if I shoot a turkey Can I call for someone else who has a valid license.

For a few years now we’ve been able to legally assist other hunters in the taking of a turkey without possessing a valid license. This includes calling, carrying dekes, etc.

However, we were VERY late to the table regarding this law, and for many years you were legally unable to do this. Definitely a change for the better IMO.
