My MN Tom , 27 pounds 10 inch beard and 1 1/4 spurs. Had a great week hunting with my dad who also shot a hog for a bird. Dads bird went 28.2 and is still the big bird leader at Gander Mt in Rochester Congrats Dad and a hunt I will soon not forget …. More to come

That is a very heavy bird for this late in the season!

Congrats to both you and your dad GMAN on a couple bruiser birds!!

my thoughts, too. very big birds for boss breeders.
a late-season tom down this way will go 23 or 24 max. i shot one a couple years ago that had an 11 inch beard with 1 1/4 hook spurs but weighed just 21.
definite congrats to both of you!!

Amazing. Dare to say they’d be record birds if shot early season.

    Congrats!!!
