Deer and Turkey Expo

    Has anyone been to the Deer and Turkey Expo in Owatona in the past? The MN Deer Classic is the same weekend and there is not much on Turkey Hunting at the Deer Classic. If there are more call makers and turkey exibits/speakes I may give it a go. The NWTF banquet in Cannon Falls could be a good followup.

    I have never made it to that show. IDO will have a booth this year at the WT Classic, so if you make it there make sure you stop by and introduce yourself.

    Welcome to IDO Sorgy! It’s too bad these two events (MN Deer Classic and the Expo) are happening on the same weekend. If you decide on the Deer Classic make sure you stop and say hi!

    Welcome…A few buddies and I went two years ago….It was not too bad. The highlights I have to say were the seminars….It had its share of deer exhibits/seminars and turkey…Jay

    I go to the expo every year and ya the seminars are very helpfull. There are usually around three displays of different turkey calls which can usually be found just by listening. The deer and turkey expo does tend to lean towards deer hunting a lot more then the turkey hunting thought.
