Surplus (or undersubscribed) turkey hunt licenses are available to hunters who applied in the 2008 turkey lottery drawing but were unsuccessful. Surplus licenses will go on sale beginning March 17, 2008, at 5:00 p.m.
You can purchase surplus licenses on a first-come, first-served basis at any ELS License Agent or online at www4.wildlifelicense.com/mn/ .
Starting at 8:00 a.m. on March 24, 2008, all remaining licenses will be made available to anyone, whether or not you applied in the lottery.
