Well I finally filled my tag today. It was all over by 5:40am this morning, last day of the season. Can’t complain too much. First year of turkey hunting and had to do it with a bow. I hammered him though, he went about 30 yards after I shot. Here are the dimensions. Beard was measured at 11-7/8″. Spurs were 1-3/8″ and 1-7/16″. Bird weighed in at 23.55 pounds. All in all a very nice bird. I should be able to get pictures out tomorrow.

I was unable to bag my 1st tukey with a bow. I was on private land doing spot and stalk. I came close but no bird.
