What are everyones favorites for tungsten jigs out there?? I bought some Brantner jigs just before he quit selling them to the public and now exclusively to a bait shop no where near me so i need to find some others to try and fish with. have also used the VMC tungsten tubbies but just looking at other options

    Hanks Livebait and Tackle ships.

I believe the main reason they partnered was to allow Brantner more production time, instead of splitting shipping and production, Hanks now takes care of the sales side.

Fiskas, In my opinion, are the best out there. Sticky sharp hooks, durable paint jobs, decent selection. They make tungsten jigs from 2.5mm to 9mm and even some with long shank hooks. Their site is yourbobbersdown.com and they are based out of Michigan. The jig case they sell (Bug Luggage) works pretty awesome for tungsten jigs too. I have never broken a Fiskas hook and I own about 50 of them, some going on 5 seasons old. Check out their site.

Skandia is another pretty decent manufacturer. I’m pretty sure they are made in Russia. Their paint jobs could be a bit neater in quality but they also have nice hooks and a durable finish.
