    How does that 1760 ride and run? I heard they handle rough water nicely

    Handles the rough stuff great… plows through it better than all the bass boats I’ve had… had a tourney on champlain with a 30 minute ride back… wind kicked up and hundreds of boat wakes, bassboats were flying through the air like some hrill show. we just ran through it wide open… no problem.
    150 opti runs around 46 mph… thats with the rev 4 17″ it came with. currently trying to get my hands on a 19″ tempest which will get me some more speed. but that rev 4 is a blast! just totally throws the boat on plane.
    The “G” series really adds some room to the boat. we took the rear deck out and now its like a dance floor. great to have the option of placing seats where you want them.
    boat motor combo is great on the gas and oil too.
    had a tourney this fall and we pulled in next to a brand new nascar ranger, everybody checked out the tuffy instead. my guess is I got the only one in new york state.
    can’t wait to get out fishing again.
    I find myself sitting in the yard alot drinking beer.
