Do they have rods for sale on the shelves? Or is it strictly custom orders?

I’m less than an hour away in St Cloud. I’d like to handle some of them, compare and contrast, and maybe buy a couple.

    Thanks, Joe

Yes, they do. Lucky me, I live in Coon Rapids, so they’re about 10 minutes away. I have been in there a few times and I think they have most of what you would order sitting on the racks there. They also have a 50% off section for rods that might have some blemish or visual flaw, but perfectly good for fishing.
Oh, and I might add that talking and visiting with John Burbank is worth the trip in itself!

We have rods on the shelf. It is pretty limited this time of year. We have Noodles and a few Bullwhips.

    Thank you.

Feel free to contact me too.

I was there today, they don’t have much left. Cabelas also has them

It can take a while if you order, I ordered 3 rods in early November and am still waiting….

I just picked up a 36″ Fusion at Scheels in Mankato. My buddy ordered his and doesn’t have it yet. I might let him hold mine if he is lucky!!

Custom orders were slowed up by the Ice Show at the beginning of the month. We have been busting tail on them since. Last time I was in, I was wrapping orders from the middle of November. Once wrapped it’s a few days for finishing and drying, then they are shippped out.

Scheels got picked over really quick. Aside from a couple odds and ends, all they have left is Inferno walleye rods.

Cabela’s Rogers has a few as of 9pm last night, not that I would know. don’t mind the drool whistling

Inferno models(bought one for a gift)
    Bullwhip
    Fusion
    Precision
    Commander
I think there might have been precision noodles and power models but don’t quote me on that.
