I have a 30″ and I love it for everything from tiny jiggin and rippin raps to medium to large tungstens and lighter spoons. Great for perch, crappie and gills. I would definitely recommend adding it to your panfish arsenal.

I’ve only been able to pull in one fish so far. 26″ Waldo. It was quite the surprise. Handled the fish fine. It’s a 36″ length. I’m still trying to figure out. I think I’ve missed 3 other bites with it fishing bluegills.

I love my Fusion. It worked excellently for Devils Lake Perch and walleye. I’ve mostly used 1/16th oz or so spoons with it, but it also works well with #2 jigging raps.

I have a 32″ Fusion paired with a pflueger president and love it. Definitely my go to spoon rod from now on. I’ve been fishing lighter spoons from 1/16 oz down to 1/32 oz. The 1/32 oz is starting to get a bit light but it still performs well. Highly recommend!

I have a 32″ fusion and so does my 5 year old daughter. While she hasn’t fished with me yet, I have ripped into some nice walleyes with mine. I did have it with me yesterday fishing crappies, but the crappies would not cooperate. Tried the #3 rippin rap on it and its a great rod for those.

I was fishing tungsten with the bullwhip and some 1/8-1/4oz spoons and the small rippin raps with the fusion.

I was hoping to get a Fusion for Christmas, but got a bunch of Scheels gift cards instead. Since they don’t sell the Fusion, I opted for a Precision. Fusion is most likely next on my list, but I’m a little nervous with the slower action.

They had a couple fusions on the rack in the beginning of December in Fargo. Haven’t been back to check if they have them in stock again.

It is more like a Precision than a QT. We need to work on getting pictures up of how the action loads up when we get some free time.

I love mine for Bluegills. Even though my 4 year old out fished me this weekend with a QT. I like it for working the smaller spoons. I think it just works better for my style.

That would be incredible! Anxiously waiting, not all rods are always in stock at stores when I visit, so it makes it tough to compare. Obviously pictures won’t give an accurate depiction of the power of the rod, but it depicts how the rod loads, which is huge for most anglers.

You’ll absolutely love it! When I was deciding which rod to order this year John told me it was best for aggressive crappies and gills, and even lighter walleyes. It was exactly as promised. It was perfect for catching crappies on spoons and #3 raps. I even snagged a 25″ walleye on Mille Lacs this past week and it handled it beautifully. The perfect “feel” rod…it’s my new favorite pole in the box.

I wouldn’t worry about the slower action, unless you really like very very fast rods. The Fusion reminded me more of the Thorne panfish and perch sweetheart actions than some of the super fast TUC rods are.

I actually prefer that more moderate bend in the top 1/4 of the rod that still transitions to a pretty good backbone fairly quickly. The classic popularity of the Thorne Sweethearts speaks for itself.

Not at all trying to say its a copy of a Thorne rod. Just comparing it to a somewhat similar action that has been considered top of the line for years.

I’ve only played with one in a store but it felt nice to me.
