Never had the chance to fish a Bullwhip. What’s the action like compared to a Fusion? Will it fish 1/8 oz spoons for perch or too light?

Bullwhip is great rod as is the Fusion. There is a chart on TUCR webpage showing lure choices for each.

I have had one for a few years and absolutely love it! Visibly shows the light crappie bite / upbite.

    Here’s what their chart says.

that’s a tough one for me, I use the BW with 4mm to 5mm tungtens or 1/16oz spoons and the fusion for 1/8oz baits or smaller

If I’m targeting walleyes with the chance of crappies or perch, then its the Fusion

If I’m targeting crappies with the chance of perch or smaller walleyes, then its the Fusion

I have 2 BW and love them.I have not had anything 1\8 oz on them.I have used 3,4,5 mm tungsten and small spoons like bigstorm and it’s fine for that.I on the other hand and i maybe wrong think 1\8 might be a little heavy.
I think the Fusion would be the better rod.I also have that one and it’s great for that size bait.

Like others have stated IMO the Fusion would handle 1/8 oz baits better than the BW. Also, the BW has a very slow action. Think Power Noodle.
