I’m looking for the differences in the bull whip and the noodle rod, I own the bull whip and it’s great but looking to add another rod to the arsenal, is the noodle just a little softer tip?, I feel my bull whip doesn’t load enough with some of the smaller jigs and spoons I use

I felt the same way. Then I bought a precision noodle and my problem was solved. Get one.

My Precision landed me two 15″ smallies this weekend. Now that was fun! I was surprised I was able to set the hook but plenty of backbone. I need to add a Bullwhip and another LX-6 as my son has graduated from camera and slip bobber to flasher and my TUCR Precision. Having played basketball every year siince 4th grade and now being a junior and not playing this year he has spent more time than ever on the ice and discovered my primary fishing tools.

I got the Precision last season and used it quite a bit. This season I got the Bullwhip and at first, I couldnt tell much difference. Not with more hours on the Bullwhip, I can see it. The tip of both is very close, but the Precision is a little softer. Where I see more difference between the two is on the hookset, the Bullwhip is noticeably more backbone

Noodle is softer to detect lighter bites. Both work well. The guys responses above our spot on.

Thank you all for your help.

Bruce let me know if you have anymore questions.
