    Brand new never used TUCR 28″ Bullwhip. Quality and workmanship are outstanding. Received it, looked at my stash of 15 rods and have decided I really don’t need another. Needs a good home. Couldn’t get a good picture of the entire rod so I took them in sections. Looking for $90 OBO plus shipping from Muskego, WI. Should be $12 to anywhere in upper Midwest.
