Tubing time for the grandkids

Here she is all shined up and maintained, my 69 Sea Ray 700 with 70 85hp Johnson ready for the grandkids to do some tubing.

My daughter married and husband comes with two teenage kids and rented a cabin up north for a week. What do you recommend for a tube? I have some skis I think up in storage still but tubing sounds easier and want to have something that they may like to do. Is tubing the way to go or do you have other suggestions kids like. Thanks.

Both my kids beg to go tubing every nice day. Age 11 and 6. It’s fun going out and just dragging them around. They ask to do that now more then any thing.

I don’t think you’ll go wrong with most tubes. We like this one though. Nice and stable for the little ones but can go wild if you want it to.

I picked up a two person Body Glove tube. One thing to look out for is what your boat can pull. Don’t get too big and too many persons causing the motor to struggle.

Air head double hot dog tube. $139/no rope on Amazon. I’ll sell ya mine for $50. Kids loved it but are done with it. Tow rope included. PM me if interested.
