Pretty sure Jesus Christ would love it as well. But I forget we are only a “Christian nation built on Christian values” when it suits the narrative of a certain group.

LMAO!! This all ended when we opened the doors to the Islamic terrorist’s, oh I mean voters to partake in our system. System is failing fast.

I talked to some guys today that are union and non union drivers about the statement released by the Teamster’s president.

It was a pretty fun conversation with all of them. Unions go on strike often. Many times in the past and will continue in the future. We just had a big strike this last year at the oil refinery here in St Paul Park. Mayors, State reps and Media all showed support. People brought firewood, food and some sat along side them. Why were these people not called racist, homophobic or other names?? These strikes by unions are designed to shut down supply to essential services. Fuel, food and even the mail. Why were they not arrested???

When it fits the narrative of a public figure they are in full support. This convoy is no different than a steel workers or teamsters strike. It is to benefit the living and working conditions of the people demonstrating. The convoy is not political and does not fit the liberal narrative. If you believe any different then you have not listened to the people in or supporting this convoy. Just sayin…

At first glance I thought that’s where the children were being detained by social services because of the dangers they are in being with their family at the protest. haha..

This will come into play as well.. The Brandon admin will have to get involved or address their mandate as this one plays out. I am sure they will stay quiet till we see the results of what happens in Canada. Just wanted to make sure everyone was aware of this as well..

It’s only ugly because they called it “4 in a line” instead of Connect 4.

Okay, this is like my favorite thing ever. Let me see if I have this right.

    – truckers convoy to large provincial cities to ‘protest’ what amounts to a mild inconvenience and look like total cry babies.

    – Ontario’s conservative government welcomes them with open arms.

    – Ontario conservative government tries to make Trudeau ‘act’ to give the protesters legitimacy and show how the liberal government is too intrusive and abuses their power.

    – Trudeau says , “Nah, I don’t control the OPP, you do. And we’ve only we’ve only ever organized the national guard when people were literally setting off bombs in Montreal, this is not the same”

    – Truckers stay longer.

    – Corporations(especially auto industry) start seeing this protest hit their bottom line and start pressuring conservative government to make them stop.

    – today, conservative Candace Bergen urges truckers to take down barricades and shut the convoy down.

    – Conservative government in Ontario looks like they can’t control their own cry baby base, and now lose face and favor with many conservative voters. Also gave Trudeau a clear example of the prime minister ‘letting the provinces govern themselves.’

    – Trudeau smiles as all he had to do was let the conservative provincial government make their own mess and fail to clean it up.

Wonder why I haven’t seen as many Facebook posts about this today? Seems the corporate overlords don’t like it anymore.

I didn’t think Mayor Jacob Frey would come out of his last term smelling pretty either and he won re-election in a landslide.

    Who would want the job????

Certainly not me. But apparently several other candidates.

The fact that he was the only candidate who openly stated he was in support of retaining the MPD played a large role in his re-election.

My point is that sometimes things may not seem as clear cut as they appear to be. I’m sure Trudeau is not a very popular guy for some people in Canada, but he may still win re-election whenever that occurs.

Turns out you don’t have it right at all, but you were able to creatively craft a narrative to support your political team in another country. +2 online points, make sure you track and report it to your Marxist brethren.

and oh yeah, regarding the “political team” in another country:
“The problem with Socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money” Margaret Thatcher
We’ll see how long this “team” can keep it’s grip on our throats with the trending economy. Can’t print anymore money and the rest of us are running out fast.

Also, LOL at your Marxist brethren comment. You’re hilarious….ly off. North American ‘liberal’ and ‘democrat’ govenrments are actually right of center in an appropriate spectrum. Hell, Bernie Sanders would be considered like barely center left in 99% of developed countries in the world. Joe Biden is right of center yet you guys somehow think he’s ‘extreme’.

Don’t really get your post, but if you think Trudeau is going to come out of this smelling pretty you really don’t know what’s going on..

LOL, but you think conservative government is? The conservative government just showed the entire world where their bread is buttered and who they ACTUALLY work for, large corporations. It’s not Trudeau’s problem to deal with Ottawa, and by NOT taking action from his desk to resolve the ‘issue’, now it’s up to the conservative provincial government to fix the problem they helped start. The problem is, they have to pick a side to do so.

Side with #KarenConvoy, or side with the large corporations who are starting to see bottom line impact. SPOILER ALERT, they are going to help the rich people.

This is in contrast to the left side of the political spectrum, who does quite a bit less of the drum beating and riling up of their base for meaningless, lame, and inconsequential things like wearing a mask. And then when the chips are on the table, the ‘liberals’ are willing to…..well they still just help the rich people and corporations, they just do it with less petulant ‘protesting’ like this convoy.

The CEO of Canada’s largest trucking company says the carrier is not being severely affected by the cross-border vaccine mandate as most of its drivers are vaccinated.

“Vaccination at TFI is not an issue at all,” TFI International Inc. chairman and CEO Alain Bedard told analysts on a conference call this week, adding the few unvaccinated drivers it employs are being put on domestic Canadian lanes.

He said the biggest issue for the company is employees, mainly in the U.S., who are getting sick with COVID.

While large corporations and rich people may line Trudeau’s pockets it’s still the people who vote. He will cave, he has no choice if he wants to stay in office.

Same thing will happen here in the States. Money talks only until it’s time to count votes. Hungry people tend to remember who made them hungry.

Did you have any actual rebuttal to the situation or my points, or just confused because it’s not what you hear on Fox News or in your right wing echo chambers?

Asking for a friend jester jester jester

Tell me how the conservative government in Ontario looks anything but completely incompetent in this situation?

A week ago Bergen was vocal in support of the convoy, now she’s pleading with them to leave because it’s ‘hurting the economy’. Who’s side is she on anyways jester jester .

I’ll give conservative politicians credit where it’s due though. They know how to rile up and distract their base over hot-button issues and play on their depressingly deep victim complexes. Mask mandates are an assault on your freedom? Seriously? Grow up and be productive member of society.

These liberal control freaks have been hurting society for the past two years. That is the plain and simple of it. No other arguments to be made other than I don’t need you left wing liberal know it all’s deciding what’s best for me or my kids.
You want to wear a mask, go for it. You want to get vaccinated, go for it. What anyone else does doesn’t concern you. That is the plain and simple of the message. All you lefty’s just need to spin it so it makes everyone else into the radical, when really, it’s still the lefty’s that are the radicals. The rest of us will just be going about our normal lives..which is what the message is. Let us go about our lives as normal.

Do you know anything about the politics in Canada? By your comments, you obviously don’t. LOL

Also, the main issue is around the vaccine mandates isn’t it? But yeah, put that f’ing injection into you that who knows what the long term effects are, or lose your job. Sign me up!

Things seem to be ratcheting up quite a bit now. At least 3 border crossings are blocked. Ontario declares state of emergency. Calls for bringing in the CA army are being made.

Conservatives in Canada are flip flopping on their support after concerns raised by major corporations. This to me seems like the wild card here. Politicians on both sides of the border are going to start getting an earful from donors if this continues.

Another interesting tidbit I found is that there seems to be a sovereign movement gaining some steam in the midst of all this. The CSIS has taken notice.

Sure seems like this whole situation is either going to blow up this weekend or start to wind down.
