Is it just because the report was originated from the East Coast, or why does the article only talk about white bass and the east coast ? And how long have you noticed these parasites in the trout here in SW Wi ?
LenH WisconsinPosts: 2385 March 12, 2011 at 12:35 am #946388 6 years now. I have contacted the WDNR on each stream I have found them in. Typically lice alone will not kill off a stream. Another factor like floods and high temps can make a huge kill. I have noticed a significant reduction in brook trout in driftless streams in the last 2 years.
