    Oh I hear yea, we’ve been flooded ever since the snow melted. Very few of our lakes have boat ramps open and the rivers have been out all summer. The few times I’ve got to fish, I had to drive 3-4 hours to Pepin. I got to fish P9 one time early this year and it was high then
