Trout Stamps for exempt license holders.

People with an exempt license need to buy a trout stamp or are they also exempt.

I’ve never heard of an exempt license. I have a lifetime fishing license and still have to buy a trout stamp. I also have to renew my license every year for some reason.

Edit, it doesn’t say anything about trout specifically. It does say you can keep a limit of fish. I’d say no, you don’t need one.
