Trouble attaching my clam mate to my new k drill????????????????

    I guess I did the same thing last year and didn’t have any issues. I guess a photo and or a better explanation of what is not working would be helpful.

    There is a adapter that is needed – You then need to remove the insert on the K-drill shaft – If you are talking about attaching the Clam Plate to a K-drill. Otherwise I’m not sure what a Clam Mate is?

    that attachment only works on the new clam plates not the old.

    I have spoken with clam customer service and my clam plate is outdated.. the k drill will not work unless the conversion kit I ordered is cut to fit the old clam plate etc………..so looks like I either order the newer version or just use a drill
