Trolling with braided line.

    I am used to the general equation of trolling 100 feet of mono plus a 4 oz sinker will get me a depth of 40 feet. Same idea… 100 feet of mono plus a 6 oz sinker will get me to a depth of 60 feet. I have switched to 30 lb braided line. How will this effect my trolling depth? Any ideas will help! Thanks guys,

    I would think if the diameter was the same that your method would still work but if the diameter is different you will need to adjust.
