Trolling motor DI transducer? Mount or exchange?

    I went with a “Transducer Shield and Saver” mount for my DI transducer.

    TM-DI-2 fits Humminbird Down Image Xducer # XNT 9 DI T (RD) and Onix Xducer # XNT 14 DI T (RD) for Trolling Motor, Jack Plate or Set Back

    Cost a little more than the exchange, but I thnk it provides a lot more protection.

    just installed a XNT 9 DI on my Ultrex and used a cord management system from Precision Sonar in KY. love the DI on the trolling motor and the cord management system keeps everything nicely coiled and mended.

    Did this with a 858 DI transducer a few years ago and it has worked well.
