Trolling motor

I have a minn kota PD 55 trolling motor. The motor has sat for roughly 2 years. I have power to the trolling motor (shows battery is at full charge), but apparently no power to the motor. I have tried both the foot pedal control and the remote control. Are there in-line fuses I should check? I would think if it was the bushings, the motor would still operate but at a much lower speed. Any ideas or hints would be great

I’d give the prop a turn or two and then try it. The motor could have a dead spot and by chance it stopped on it.
