So what are your experiences with trolling controlling systems. Looks like there are 3 systems out there under $500. Itroll, Controlking and Trollmaster. Leaning toward controlking due to simple, price and reviews on the internet but looking for some more local experiences. Trollmaster has went to wireless remote which I do not care for (enough stuff to find in the boat now) and Itroll is higher cost and looks like more than I want to deal with. Open for input at this time however. Thanks !

My controlking has worked flawlessly for the past 4 years. Not sure what else to say.

Trollmaster still offers a cabled version, it is called the Trollmaster PRO, it sells for around $300

I’ve had my Trollmaster for over a decade and anytime there has been a problem their customer support has been terrific.

I’ve had a Trollmaster on my 9.9 Pro Kicker for 8 years and it’s been great.

I also have trollmaster, and it has been very good, one advantage to Trollmaster for me is they are located in the Twin Cities, and when I did have a servo die, I just went and picked one up at their location

I am on my second troll master. Love them. Do u have a trolling motor that can help? Like my Terrovo has cruise control to help with consistent speed. Also will help steer with advance autopilot. I would think this would make a difference on your decision to.
