trolling baits

    So I’ve been pulling Barkley flickers and wally divers. Bright colors with pretty good luck. What’s everyone else pulling? Just for conversion sake.

    #5 Salmo hornets floating and #5+#7 Shad raps regular and jointed. Lake Pepin=#5JSR

    Some older Berkley shad baits- ss9 I beleive they say on them and shallow rapalas.Have tried hornets a little deeper and had 1fish on,was a bigger fish but it came unbuttoned.

    Early and late season for shallow trolling I love pulling the shallow shad raps (SSR7)… silver/blue, silver/black, and hot steel are my go to colors. Tennessee Shad HJ12 Husky Jerks is also a go-to lure for shallow trolling.

    During the summer for deep water chasing bigger fish I’m a huge fan of the TD11 Deep Tail Dancers in Purple Clown Flash and the Storm Deep Thundersticks in Chrome perch and Blue/Chrome with the red bill.

    All great baits I’ll have to try some of them. Prob next year now I guess winter is here!! lol at least in Wi
