Maybe a bit expensive but Canvas Craft in Otsego has always done a great job for me.

I’ll throw Whitewater canvas in the mix if you are in SE MN. John knocked it out of the park with mine last year. One of the nicest guys you ever meet too.

Snaps on aluminum and ratchet strap on fiberglass.

My last boat had snaps and was similar to my new to me aluminum. Rachet straps on my new and I will NOT be going back to snaps.

I’ve got snaps now but will be going with something different on my next rig. 99% of the time my cover sits in a storage bin as the boat goes from a garage to the water and back into a garage. When I do have to deal with a cover, all the snaps are annoying.

Decided on a shop out of St. Francis. Sounds like he’s using the quality stuff and is relitivley cheap. Ratchet with a strap and straps. Tim’s a good guy on the phone…Answered all my questions….

X2 Canvas Craft did a great job for me and redid the front when I upgraded to the Terrova. I went with snaps it just looks better my opinion. I had mine done for about $950.00 maybe 5-6 years ago.

Whatever ranger uses for their travel covers is excellent stuff. If I was going to get one made I would figure out whatever that material is and go with that. I damaged mine by driving over one of the straps and the canvas shop repaired it while I waited. Never did ask what type of material it was. Reminds me of the tarps you see on truck trailers with a bit of a rubberized top layer and super thick.
