Wood stretchers

    Looking for a place in Wisconsin that sells wood stretchers for a good price. I don’t mind making some of my own but basswood is tough to come by in this part of the country.

    I’ll look for Happy Plumber’s name/adress. I know he makes them and ships out for a reasonable cost.

    Is this what you use when you cut your 2×4’s too short

    I worked at a lumber yard for years, we had a new kid looking for the board stretcher for almost a full day, he was calling different lumberyards, contractors, etc, etc. He finally asked the boss where it was……game over . He was mad at us for months after that.
