Not for side imaging. Just the standard ducer.

    FDR Hi,
Thanks for the trply and info! How well do the longer lowrance Side scan transducers work on the mx hull ?
I know – awesome – just like everything else. ;)

Sorry, I don’t have an educated answer as I run H-Birds.

They work just fine. I have 4 transducers on the back of my MX without any problems. I run humminbird and lowrance. The standard 2D transducers are on the lower step so the stay in the water at high speed and the side scan ones are on the upper step so they are out of the water at high speed. I have humminbird stuff on one side of main motor and lowrance on other side of main motor. No issues. I prefer the 2D transducers mounted on the outside of the hull rather then the shoot thru ones. Better picture clarity and sensitivity when they are outside the hull.

    Krodger3 ,
Thank you once again for the good news. I was going toask about doing just that- putting the 2d on the lower step and the side on the upper but figured that was a dumb idea. lol
Every corner I turn I find an answer better then I hoped for with this boat. Where was this boat 30 years ago ? lol
