Looking for ideas on how to keep the trandsucer/ cord protected during travel. I have a helix mounted to the handle bars and would like to add a ducer and use it to run around and check holes before I set up and fish. Anybody have a good way to manage the long cord and protect the ducer for when I am making longer runs/ or not using the unit for depth? Pictures are always a huge help! Thanks!!
Is this on a snowmobile or quad or side by side? Do you have a windshield or dash? A little more information on what this will be on would help.
On your lap when “checking holes” and somewhere else when not in use 
Add a cup holder to your Hbars.

Mount a small box on the rack with foam padding. Pretty easy, or even a cut in half 2 liter with padding

Also, you’ll definitely forget it’s in your pocket.
You’ll remember you had it in there when you reach into your cold, wet, frozen pocket to warm your hands up though.
