Check out these three pics. Do I have an issue here on the one side. Pics are in order, the ok side, then two pics of the side in question. Lots of grime on the hub. Issue or normal discharge/road slime?
Thanks,

My snowmobile trailers look a lot worse than your pics.
My opinion is that your hubs look normal.
My boat trailer has oil filled hubs.
That looks like excess grease that gets pushed out once the bearings warm up and the grease expands. Better grease moves out than water moving in. I’d say clean the exterior and keep an eye on it to see how quickly it’s building up.
You notice any grease on that side of the boat or trailer? Id get a mallet and give er a couple good whacks to make sure that buddy is on there tight, or whack it off altogether. Things were created by the grease industry as a conspircacy to buy more grease
After being a road patrolman for years, one of the best things I have found is people who use bearing buddy’s. Buy them at your local auto parts store, and install them or get someone to do so. I have never found someone who uses them along side the road having a conversation with God. And yes, we have two boat, one camper trailers, and they all have bearing buddy’s. A simple was to avoid trouble.
Oh great. I think we all remember the great bearing buddy debate of 2013.

or whack it off altogether.
Life is too short to only whack it halfway off
Those look like the type I have.Remove the rubber plug and juice the grease through the spindle.Just make sure that dust cap is on tight,I had one come off.

I was thinking the same thing.

It could be you are overfilling the Bearing Buddies. What cured my problem is they make a rubber cap that fits over the out side of the bearing buddy. Never a drop of grease on any thing now.

Could someone confirm that its illegal to transport without those caps on a trailer in MN? Thought I heard that but can’t confirm.

Give it a whack Yally wack and give the dog a bone.
I have been using bearing buddies for over 20 years and that looks perfectly normal to me. If I had my boat out of storage I could take the same picture.
Looks to me, you might need to redo the
bearings. Then you won’t have all that excess grease. The plastic cap will help also.
Looks normal to me….. a tiny film of grease is a dust and dirt magnet.
Most notably – Your rims look clean – and they would be speckled with grime/grease if there was any excess at all, IMO.
What dose the back of the rim look like???
Timmy tell it to take two aspirins and call me in the morning.
The pics tell me there is just a bit of seepage.
This makes me wonder if you should pull the bearings and and inspect for (free or rough) movement in them. I’m just thinking out loud that if there is seepage in the grease, that there either is too light of grease used and or a bit of heat created from warn bearings?
Do you feel the wheels when you travel any distance? I check mine every time I go out.
