Trailer Recommendation

I’m looking for trailer recommendations… or specifically if what I’m looking for exists.

I need something that could occasionally handle a Sub Compact Utility Tractor. Most of the SCUTs I’ve looked at come in around 1500#, with probably another 500# or so depending on which attachment is on. I want something that is NOT tandem axle, and is aluminum but capable of handling 2000-2500#+ (if this exists?). No, I don’t want something bigger. I’ve already got a large dump trailer at the buildings, a covered trailer, fishing boat trailer, tritoon trailer, and a gooseneck rig that the in-laws lend me whenever. I’m looking for light, durable, and small enough to store inside. It’d likely be used with an ATV for some of the bigger ice fishing trips and around the property for brushing, yard work, and haul the SCUT to our hunting land a couple times per year.

Does anyone have any brand or size suggestions that fit what I’m looking for?

I bought a Bear Paw aluminum trailer years ago. It’s a single axle with a folding rear ramp. I think it’s like 7 x 10 ? It’s been a real good trailer for me. I used it to haul my electric golf cart around before moving up here. I’m not sure the weight rating but I’m sure you can find it on-line.

Check out the aluma brand we had one a few years ago that was really good wish we never would have sold it. We had the axles upgraded from 3000 to 3500 when we ordered it. I think it was rated at 2300 payload. It towed great and didn’t show any signs of cracking or flexing in the 3 years we had it

I have an alumalite, I ordered it with a single 5400# axle instead of the tandem, they will make anything you want, the dealer I used is in Cannon falls.

I have a bear paw and it’s great. Also have a alumalite and it’s also been great.
