Trailer lights question

I have a 2016 Skeeter and I believe the trailers were made by EZ Loader back then. I recently got it out of storage and I was crawling around underneath and noticed there are 6 small lights place a few feet apart underneath tucked in the outside rails of the trailer, 3 on each side. What are these for? I bought it a year old and have never noticed them on in all these years. We hooked up to it and tested them but they never came on. Seems odd that none of the 3 on each side work? Just wondering what these lights are for? Thanks in advance.

Could they be “landing lights” for boat recovery/launching in the dark, I have them (white in color) on mine they only activate in low light conditions.

I thought of that. I’ve never recalled seeing them on but will keep an eye on it now that I know they’re there. Each appears tied into the wiring for the other lights so extremely unlikely all 6 would all be “non-working” when the other lights have had zero issues. Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated.

Are they operating via a float switch and turn on when you back the boat into the water??

Do you have the word “Skeeter” on the sides of your trailer?
If so,Do the bulbs happen to be directly on the backside of “Skeeter”? I have seen where these light up on a number of Skeeter boat trailers. Pretty cool looking actually.
