Can anyone recommend a shop in or near the metro that can completely strip the current trailer lights and wiring in my Shorelander and replace with all new and LED’s?

I have used Great American Marine for years an been very happy with their work and pricing.

    They are in Bloomington.

Easy job but if you hire it out make sure you specify it done correctly!

    Solder all connections.
Cover solder joint with dielectric grease. Cover joint with heat shrink tubing, heating center outward.
Have them run a ground wire to the truck wiring harness rather than ground to frame.

If your not careful, you’ll get cheap connections and have problems in a year.

Also, if you trailer the boat a decent amount, have the new harness put inside split tubing, over time the insulation will wear down on the wires as the rub against he inside of the frame
