My buddy has a wildview ez-cam. New batteries, fresh empty sd card, turn the cam on and it takes 3 pictures when movement triggers it then stops. Tried a new card and set it up 4 times and the same thing. It stops taking pictures after there are 3 on the sd card, or even without an sd card it takes three on the internal storage. Any ideas?

For what it is worth, we had a similar issue when we put incompatible cards in it. I don’t recall how it worked with the internal memory. It would fire the first time and freeze. Ours were super picky on the size (wouldn’t accept anything over 2gb or something) and brand of the cards. Needless to say those all went to the garbage after a few years.

make sure you format the internal memory, had one that if it had any pictures on the internal it wouldn’t save to as card.

As card compatibility would be my next guess, either size, the ‘class’ of the card (class 10 are what all of mine are), even the brand cam be a stickler with some. I had a primos one that wouldn’t save on anything but SanDisk, exact same card(as far as I could tell) of a different brand and it wouldn’t so it
